HOWs YOUR BOSS!=) After ive graduated from college, I’ve started and really tried to penetrate the Corporate World, its been a dream come true for me during those days, dealing with different people, having my own desk, and become an Office ‘bum’ staff! =) Part of being one of those bums was having your so-called ‘’hard-to-reach-BUT-you-have-to-deal-with-them-everyday’’ Boss. Those that will scold at you early in the morning upon seating on your desk, asked you to do this and do that, then after yelling at you and letting your Esteem to go way, way down below sea level, they’re also the one who lift it up back and give their superb, inspirational and uplifting advise based on their experienced. Here are some of those advise I’ve learned (oh really!? Did I learn something from them? Believe it or not, I’ve took those even with my eyes closed. In Fairness..hehe )

Boss (OJT):

“puro ka rock music..nu ba yan! di bali pagtanda mo llipas din yan!”

Inner Voice : tlga?! sana nga..am 27 na//di pa din lumilipas,,di na nga lang nkakanuod ng gig..pero mam ngiba ako gn genre..ethnic music nmn! llipas din ba to??hehe

Boss#1 :

“KAYA KA NGA TINUTURUAN EH PARA MATUTO”

Inner Voice :hmmm,huweyt..since this is myblog, I’ll tell you what happened here. Have you experienced what they have called ‘information overload”?Eh dko na carry eh..salita pa ng salita…sabe ko Mam di ko napo maabsorb, go pa din cya, tas ambilis bilis, eh buti ba kung ako lang ang nagrereklamo eh madame pa la kame..i’ve felt nauseatic during that time, nkkulangan nko ng carbon dioxide..konti nlng hihimatayin nko..ayaw pa din tumigil..kaya the next day..back to zero. Hinayaan ko nlg magsermon. Hehe=)

Boss#2

“WALA NA AKONG NARINIG SA YO KUNDI TROPA TROPA..DUMIRETSO KA NG BAHAY..TIME WILL COME WHEN YOU GET OLD, MAWAWALA LAHAT SILA SAYO..MAKAKALIMUTAN KA DIN NILA”

Inner Voice :Bali,uwian nkse,,last day na kase, Friday. So, tendency tanungan ng mga pupuntahan, eh din man ako magimik na tao,so un ang nbanggit ko sa opismeyt ko na sa hindi inaasahan eh narinig ng Boss ko. Huwell…what can I say…”Based on experience ba yan mam?!si mam,Bitterness!: hehe =)

Boss#3

“TAO KO CYA,,I KNOW WHAT TO DO WITH MY STAFF, I KNOW HOW TO DISCIPLINE HER”

Inner Voice :hhehehe,sabe ko nga Alam mo eh, di nmn ako tumututol mam! (pero anyway, ako ang sangkot ditto, me palpak lang akong ginawang report tas medyo ayun napagalitan,nasigawan..tas me mga taong ngreact..tas ayun..ayan ung sinagot nya. Sabe na eh hwag na kayo magreact..alm nya ginagawa nya…harinawa!hehe=)

Boss#3 ULET

“IN THIS TYPE OF INDUSTRY, YOU SHOULD KNOW HOW TO PLAY POLITICS and YOU SHOULD ALSO have to KNOW HOW TO SEPARATE YOUR EMOTIONS FROM WORK. WELL GIRLS..YOU SHOULD HAVE TO,,IF YOU WANT TO GO HIGHER FROM YOUR POST.”

Inner Voice :hmmm..in fairness itong boss ko na ito eh BOSS na maituturing tlg, may sense nmn togn sinabe nya kumbaga base lang siguro sa realidad na nngyyare sa corporate world. Pero wala eh,,dko kaya..pumasok lang sa tenga ko tas lumabas din sa kabila. I don’t have any hunger for success,for as long as I have a work, and im earning money..im okay. Kaya cguro huweto,,nanatiling Staff pa din ngyon..hehehe (Actually sobrang laid-back lang at carefree kaya nanatiling staff) hehehe.

SIGH! Leader vs. Boss is another Topic to discuss. Huwell..a thought of them passed through my idle mind.hehe Boss’s will always be Boss, They really do know what to do. You just have to follow OR else you’ll be out!=)

I really am clueless on childs' innocence and its 'being' until i got pregnant.

Everything that discusses the goodness of a child and their purity wasn't my minds' obsession until i conceived and take care of him. Even when i was in college , neither CHILD Developmental Psychology wasn't my interest nor laid my eyes to read books that discusses children and haven't bother biblical verses that says about children.

I realized that phase in my life is over now, and i am now comparing my life right now as i am getting old/er/ (ok not OLD, getting matured haha! ) How my baby live his life now and depend his life only with me. So helpless! During his first few months, i actually skipped meals just to see him sleeping and make sure that he is breathing... His struggle on picking and standing up,makes me want to help him right away. His cries makes me wanna cry too! I somehow comprehends people's behavior but understanding words that he utters was difficult of them all! I kept on trying ...until i understand and learned the so-called mothers'instinct.

I realized ,eveything a kid would do is to Play on their own world. They didnt know that growing up wont make them play anymore!

I realized, that for them, men are good! That everything is good! Everything was their possesion. That happiness, could achieve only if they would receive a candy or a toy. That this whole life.. is so simple to live in!

And now, my own little boy is turning two.. I am hoping that the rest of my life would be happiest being with him. The enthusiasm that he gave is really significant . Statements like ''apple of my eye'' and ''bundle of joy''will be appreciated now Because i have my Own and I am raising one . I will try my best to be stronger and be the best Mom he will know .

I know that my life is just starting and WE ARE just starting TOlome. I am confident that everything will follow for as long as we're together! :)

REPOST : Open Letter

i am clueLess of this sudden change. Abruptly you've eased this dullness i am feeling.

how can i grab again those eyes that solely was with me? how can i get back the attention you have patiently for me? it's just a start of questioning myself of having again this so called my-perpetual-routine-of-love.

you've chased me and now...am chasing you!

just let it hang and i'll keep on following you.Don't mind me mydear. i just love the sight of seeing you walking, as if you dont see me looking. Don't look back! It's a gentle way of saying i-like-you-no-more! Just passed me by and let me desire the thought of not having you around for i know that, if i'll make a certain move, you'll fall easily! Don't say any sweet flattering words, even touch me, that won't help! I love your way of making me jealous and making me realized that i am not worthy of your attention. Just keep me yearn for it! I wont ask anyone to give me a spear and stab me because you've certainly doing it!

You've tickled my idle mind!

I am in-love probably in the wrong way. All i know is that, you've made me want you more! I won't suppress it nor let defenses take over. I am liking you in my own special way because i know it's impossible to have you. Intensely i desire you, just don't reciprocate, let it hang and let it pass!

I am used to it and i am a self confessed imposer of pain and pleasure!

BORACAY

As one of those who enjoyed exploring and visiting towns in Philippines, I have my own preference on prioritizing which town to go to, and Boracay is not on my Top priorities. Maybe its because its been typecasted as crowded and a place for party-ing and boozee-ing .

So i told myself not to go Boracay unless i already explored SAGADA and other Philippine islands,however, our team (at work) had plans again and they have mentioned that its for FREE so who am I to turn down again this kind of offer , huh?! And yes..i forgot to say thank you boss Tom!! for funding this. Hehe.

SO...WELCOME BORACAY!!!

Popular SAND CASTLE IN boracay

SOMEONE MENTIONED TO ME THAT THIS GREEN MATERIAL WAS AN ALGAE, A POLLUTION OF SOME SORT, BUT I GUESS.. IT ADDS BEAUTY, SOMEHOW, ON THE SAND and COMPLEMENTS THE SEA. IT BECAME A RELAXING VIEW!

MORNING WALK

I didn't have a doubt now why it became one of those top 25 beaches in Asia. You should explore the 7-9km shore early morning for you to see the difference. It become something at night and that's another topic to discuss.

YES ! it's really smooth and indeed, powdery!

JUST WANNA SHARE ONE OF MY FAVORITE SHOT in BORACAY (that chinese, taiwanese , korean toddler (whatever nationality they have haha! ) said something that i did not understand, and his Mom told me that her baby asked me to go away, haha! Maybe because I've asked permission for this shot. Cute baby!

Ok fine ,as i remember, the last gig i've attended and watched was when i am 4 months preggo and it was in Fete dela Musique in Makati. We're late 'tho so it was a dissapointment! Few pics. No Cynthia Alexander and few Streets Musicians, not as festive like before!

So lucky me , after i gave birth , i already have a ''few'' chance of going out and we have an accesible one-ride music bar on our area that plays good music. I skipped few bands played there, so when i knew that RAZORBACK was having a gig , I didn't come up for second thoughts. I definitely went there! Just wanna share my few pics of that event :

Blue Coral Resort, Laiya, Batangas

We are booked in Sabangan Resort, however, my work mates first option was in Blue coral , because of their amenities and since no barriers was there, we easily pass through neighbors resort including the elite Aquatico resort. To make our stay enjoyable as possible, we went there and drink, a few shots of wine and cocktail drinks : )

Mr.Bartender gave me a free drink for this one ! That drink caught my attention because of pieces of gold floating inside. At first, I hesitated to accept that free drink not for anything else , but for a thought that i am swallowing a piece of GOLD! Edible naman daw e!hehe :)

Sabangan Resort, Laiya, Batangas

Sabangan Resort lies in between Aquatico and Blue Coral resort in Laiya Batangas. The atmosphere is so quiet and serene as if you are on a Retreat Seminar ( compliment right? if you really wanted a Quiet vacation ), unlike, Blue coral is so lively and I had ad impression for Aquatico as rented for those who wanted to have a Wedding Reception. These beaches are having the same shore ,so the advantage once you get there was , you can go and visit the other Resort since no barrier was placed on each of them .

I wont blog on how much we spent since this was a tour planned when Boss Tom wanted to have a vacation here in Philippines , so as usual , it was ALL EXPENSES paid. We rented rooms for an overnight stay , food was provided and of course our shuttle van was rented too ! So again,, who am i to resist.. hehe

Fortunately ,there was a Wedding Reception happened on Aquatico resort so we've spent our night on the shore and witnessed the band playing . There were Chinese Lanterns on the sky and fireworks too!
